Q: I am a contract staff. Am I eligible to register as a PETRONITA member?​

A: Yes. However, you will be required to pay the membership fee upfront to PETRONITA Office when you submit your registration. See further details in Membership > Overview

Q: I have submitted my membership application but have not received any promotion or emails from PETRONITA on the activities?​

A: If your application is approved and successfully registered, you should see that the membership fee is deducted from your salary. You can write to petronitakl@petronas.com.my to check your membership status.​

Q: My mailbox is too swamped with emails. Can I unsubscribe from getting notifications of the activities and / or events that I am not interested in?​

A: By default, upon registering as member, we will add you to our mailing list for announcements and promotions from PETRONITA. You may unsubscribe by going to the footer of the promotion in question and click on Unsubscribe link provided​

Q: Are PETRONITA members entitled to the same benefits of Mesra Card holders?

A: Yes, the same benefits of Mesra Card is granted to PETRONITA members. You may read more about the benefits at https://www.kad-mesra.com.my/about/about_us​

Q: Both my husband and I have a Mesra card, are we able to collect the three (3) Mesra points per litre of fuel purchased? 

A: Only one of either the staff or spouse is able to collect the three (3) Mesra points per litre of fuel purchased. For spouse, you are only entitled to one point per litre fuel.​

Q: I am interested to volunteer my time for community service activities that PETRONITA organizes, how do I go about it?

A: We welcome volunteers both for assisting in organizing/planning the activities and/or to carry out the CSR You may refer to the Volunteerism section of our website for further details.​
