Introduction
In setting up PETRONITA Crèche, PETRONITA is collaborating with both PETRONAS Group and external partners in order to meet Government regulatory compliance and standards for childcare and provide quality facilities that are attractive yet functional and safe.
While the crèche is established for PETRONAS staff as a whole, all this is done with our female staff in mind, as PETRONAS have invested in developing talents and we hope that setting up this PETRONITA Crèche would offer the parents' peace of mind knowing their children are getting sound education and care within close proximity.
Objective
PETRONITA's aspiration to establish a children center in the work place is to encourage, retain and motivate female staff of PETRONAS to always be at their best in their careers. This is in line with PETRONAS' initiative on "Work-Life Balance culture", as well the nation's drive to encourage not only civil services agencies, but also private sectors, to equip their offices with childcare facilities.
